Course info
Who is this for? I would recommend this for figure artists of all levels, unless you are already really confident with seeing the major forms in the figure and their relationships.
Objective: Learn to see the 3 major forms (and the shoulder structure) in the figure clearly and confidently
Content: Seeing the simple forms of the head, ribcage and pelvis and then adding the shoulders and hips. This skill will be the backbone of your other figure drawing skills.
Format: 6 lessons and 12 exercises.
Duration: Each lesson will be about 1 hour long and will be delivered via Zoom. Each exercise will take around 1.5 hours to complete, with further practice recommended. I will post the recordings of the sessions afterwards.
Dates: This course will first run in November and December 2023. After that, the recorded version will be available to members so you can do it at your own pace.
